In a world full of strife, conflict and indecision, in an environment laden with fear and ambivalence, it is important to understand the impact of youth sports on our communities around the world. Our youth need encouragement, guidance, and direction, not to mention role models and inspiration. Enter “The Soccer Academy” television show and its quest to spread a message of “peace through soccer.” Along with its affiliated non-profit organization, “The Global Foundation for Peace through Soccer,” “The Soccer Academy” provides reassurance and reinforcement specifically designed to boost self-esteem, healthy living, and respect among all people and in all walks of life. All of this is promoted through our not-for-profit organization—now, more than ever.
By “teaming with” and “partnering with” globally recognized brands, organizations, and individuals, both “The Soccer Academy” and “The Global Foundation for Peace through Soccer” promote and advocate a healthier ambience for all members of the human family. Respect, decency, and self-worth, are all qualities that are built into our youth sports programs, as well as into our various methods, modes, and models of operation. Therefore, by “teaming” with people of like-mind and like-attitude, we can help to effectuate long lasting and meaningful change. This carries over into the way that we deal with our fellow human beings on a global scale, regardless of race, color and creed. Sports—in our opinion—provides a natural backdrop and methodology to enhance positive and purposeful living, along with a sense and an awareness of God, the Creator. It also helps us to understand that we are “together in this,” and that we need to live in harmony with a fundamental respect for all human life across the globe.
We are seeking individuals and organizations from around the globe with which “The Soccer Academy” and “The Global Foundation for Peace through Soccer” can align. We are looking for “strategic partners” who would like to join in our campaign of peaceful existence based on non-violence and profound collaboration. We would like to promote and advance our agenda in a way that centers on commonality and mutuality of respect, and not one fixated on differences and division. This does not mean the loss of individuality or individual faith: no, not in the least. Rather, it means that we can and will cooperate and collaborate in a productive and meaningful manner, regardless of our differences. In this way, we can celebrate our common views and promote humanity across the board, fully intact with the innate and beautiful qualities that have been provided by God.
Together, “The Soccer Academy” and “The Global Foundation for Peace through Soccer” hope to make a world of difference in the hearts and minds of youth athletes, their coaches, and their parents around the world.
